Why Multi Level Marketing is a Money Laundering Business

Why Multi Level Marketing is a Money Laundering Business

MLM or Multi Level Marketing has been around for many years, and everyone knows someone who was talked into joining one of these “passive income business opportunities”. Over the years, however, MLM has quickly gotten a bad name for itself because of the dubious sales techniques and the false claims made to new recruits. The question remains, however; is MLM really a scam?

Identifying MLM Sales Strategies

The basic idea behind MLM businesses is to set up a chain of clients and distributors to sell products and services or recruit new members into the chain. In essence, this type of sales strategy is a sound one, but there are some inherent differences between setting up chains of distributors to make a profit and collecting money from new recruits who are then forced to sell products and services that are expensive and unpopular. Does your recruiter make his or her money from your sign-up fees? Are you required to get others to join to make a profit? If you answered yes to these question, the MLM business you are about to join is a scam.

The Expense of MLM Products and Price Fixing

Price fixing is a major problem with MLM businesses. As each new distributor joins the business, they are provided with a list of products that they are required to sell, and you will be able to separate a legal MLM business from a dubious one simply by analyzing the costs of the products and services. Prices that are fixed, inflated and will not sell well to the general public are signs of a scam and not a good business opportunity. These prices need to be inflated so that those on the higher rungs of the chain will make money, but these ventures end up failing very quickly, and those that bought into the idea are left to wonder where their money went.

Selling Directly to a Consumer VS Multi Level Marketing

Marketing directly to the end consumer is a safer, more effective way of starting up a business, and you do not have to deal with all of the “warning signs” and marketing schemes associated with fraudulent MLM businesses. The words “passive income” are all too convincing to the average person, but it takes hard work to set up a new business, and anyone promising anything less is bound to be looking to put a hand in your back pocket.

When you are marketing directly to a consumer instead of involving yourself in a chain of distributors, you will be able to set your own prices and ensure that the quality of the products and services you sell are high. Do not be fooled into thinking that MLM businesses are simple, quick or efficient ways to make money; it is the products and services that will make you money, and if they are too expensive, of a low quality or involve paying fees for the “privilege” of selling them, you are bound to find yourself red-faced and wondering how you fell for this type of scheme at all.

Studying E-business strategy

Information technology is the backbone of the e-business. The electronic business received a boost with the emergence of web development technologies and the popularity of Internet. As a result, the electronic business has grown further and matured over the years. The World Wide Web has brought business and the resultant competition at an international level. The online business has opened its portals to the entire world. Consequently, the market has transformed into an open market system.
A latest technology based electronic business can include supply chain management as well as e-mail marketing. There are a variety of applications employed for the purpose of promotion of online business. However, the supply chain management and electronic mail promotion are the two vital kinds of online business. In case of supply chain management, an entrepreneur uses online strategies in order to coordinate between the wholesalers as well as retailers. There are several types of computer programs designed in order to effectively manage the whole process of coordination between a wholesaler and a retailer of the products. A marketer displays a web page on which the products and services of the company are promoted. You can promote and sell your products in bulk with special offers and easy payment system. Such things make the purchase of the product by the retailers easy and convenient. There are many software programs such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Electronic Data Interchange and much more. A marketer can exhibit the display of products such as automobiles, gizmos, gadgets, eatables and much more. Another way of promoting online business is by using email marketing. In this kind of promotion, one can use electronic mails in order to get in touch with the clients. The results are also traceable and effective. A marketer can even derive instant response from a customer and directly obtain feedback for the product or service related to an organization. You can even promote the brand image of a company among the target customers. These are some of the effective and efficient ways to market the business of an organization. You can reap beneficial results and fruitful opportunities through effective promotion of enterprise over the Internet.

Clothes Hangers

Different kinds of clothes hangers can be used help to keep our wardrobes tidy and in order. This saves the time and trouble of searching through clothing to find the right blouse, or slacks that match your top.

There are many different kinds of clothes hangers and they have benefits you may not have thought about. For instance, using fancy hangers that are covered with pretty fabric will stop a slippery top sliding off the hanger onto your shoes or the clothing stacked below. It will also prevent stretching the armhole/shoulder seams of garments made from delicate or stretchy materials.

Wire hangers are useful for shirts and T-shirts that you want to hang up quickly, but they are also great for hanging your wet clothing on inside, or on the balcony. Wire will not leave a stain on wet clothing like a wooden hanger. Some people use the bottom strand of the wire hanger for hanging slacks or trousers, but this leaves a crease on them. Instead, use one with a wooden dowel placed over the bottom wire to provide a wider support.

When you have a pantsuit or top and slack set that you always wear together, hanging both top and slacks on the same hanger is a good way to keep it all in one place. Using a dual clothes hanger with clips for the slacks and shoulder rods for the top will enable you to keep both garments together. However for single slacks or trousers, smaller clothes hangers that grip the waistband are sufficient.

Plastic hangers and cheap and useful for lighter garments, but one or two light tops is all they can support without bending. If you have heavier garments such as coats or jumpers that you like to hang up, then choose stronger, wooden coat hangers. Once that is covered will prevent shoulder stretch marks in those jumpers.

Even though most hotels and motels provide hangers for clothing, folding hangers are useful for taking on extended holidays, just in case there are not enough provided. Folding hangers take up less room in the luggage and will not be confused for the hotels hangers when you go to pack up.

Leading the Innovation of Cell Phone Technology

Do you ever ask yourself, what happened before we had cell phones? Then you think back and remember how it all started. First we had the beepers where we had to pull over and call our friends from a pay phone. Then the first cell phones were created. I remember in the 90’s I had to carry around a big fake Louis Vuitton purse so I could fit the phone inside. It was a huge phone with a long black antenna that didn’t fold in. Now we have cell phones that keep getting smaller and smaller and smarter and smarter. Our cell phones are so smart we don’t even need keypads anymore. We now have smart phones with a touch pad and touch screen panel technology that allows us to access the internet, map out directions, take photos and video, listen to music, watch movies and even update our social media websites. Its technology at its fines and here are two mobile phones that are leading the innovation of cell phone technology.

The iPhone Apple announced the iPhone in January 2007. This phone is a multi-media smart phone with a multi touch screen panel. The cell phone is one of the first to implement a virtual keypad on a touch panel screen instead of a physical keypad. It was also one of the first phones to offer visual voicemail along and iTunes capabilities. When caller ID came out I bet 90% of people started screening their phone calls. Now with visual voicemail you can screen the messages you want to listen to and even listen to them in the order you want. With iTunes capabilities your phone is also a mini iPod that you can plug into your car or strap to your arm for a run. It’s completely flexible. The only thing Apple missed on the launch of the iPhone was GPS capability. But, not for long in July 2008 Apple introduced the new 3G iPhone. The 3G iPhone was faster, smaller, cheaper and had GPS capabilities. Both phones synch easily to your computer for software updates that keep making the phone better and better. The iPhone paved the way for advanced cell phone technology.

5800 Xpress Music Nokia is getting ready to unveil the 5800 Xpress Music mobile phone by year’s end. The new device was designed to give Apple’s iPhone some competition. Along with the iPhone the 5800 will have touch screen panel technology and music capabilities. Per an article from PC World the similarities between the two phones stop there. The Nokia’s touch screen virtual keypad will also work with the touch of a fingernail or stylus unlike the iPhone which uses the touch of your finger pad. The new Nokia went after a more user-friendly software approach as well. Some of the features include a contact bar with photos of friends that you most frequently contact that you can send text messages from. And, going one step further than the iPhone, you can also add feeds to your phone that will alert you when friends update their social networking websites. The new Nokia also supports flash software another element the iPhone does not have. Other cool features include video capture, handwriting recognition and louder surround sound speakers. And the best part about the phone is the cost. The new Nokia will cost half the price of the competitive touch screen phones in the market.

We’ve come a long way from beepers and large cell phones. With the advance in technology we can purchase not only a cell phone but a smart cell phone that doubles as your PDA and iPod and it’s small enough to fit in your pocket.
